An Indian election observer for the US presidential elections
Andhra man to referee Bush-Kerry tie (siliconindia.com) The title of the article doesn't make any sense but the gist is that K J Rao, an adviser with the Election Commission of India, will be one of the international observers for the US presidential elections.
