I think That Sr. Staff of Citibank is unknow of the service provided to to the customer by their customer care which is So BAD That in Mumbai Market Compare to Co. op bank Citi bank service is BAD. REASSIONL: I have applied for an Opening an Suvidha Account In Citibank Which take Max 7Working days. But Now it is 1Month Up But Yet Nither My account is open nor there is any cortasy call from their end. Till date they are not bouther to infrom me my accounts prosess status also Regarding this I have mailed Customer Care department 5Times But No Response. If this type of service if They are going to provide then I will say please dont waste money as It cause Time & Blood.
